All of our spices and herbs are shipped direct from large importers who can get products at peak freshness. They are ground and packaged within days of shipment. Sue personally inspects every order and will not accept anything unless it meets her high standards of freshness, aroma and color.

The new line includes a full assortment of spices from allspice to white peppercorn. Each spice is packaged in small cylindrical containers and freshly ground within days of packing. This innovative packaging allows for cooks to "Buy Less. Buy Fresh." and use only what they need without a large amount of waste.
