The God Father Deconstructed Sandwich

Use the ingredients minus the bread in your favorite sandwich to create these wonderful healthy salads. This one was inspired by a classic Italian sub.


1 slice provolone

2 oz sliced Genoa salami

3 oz green pepper

3 pepperocini

3 oz sliced tomatoes

1 cup spinach

1 cup shredded lettuce

2 oz sliced Capicola

2 oz onion

2 oz Low Fat Italian vinaigrette


Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss with the salad dressing.
