Purple Power Smoothie

Yields 4 (4 servings × 1)

This smoothie is full of nutrients and antioxidants to give your body just what it needs! It's great for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert after a meal.


2 cups Water

1 Apple

1 Plum

1 cup Blueberries

1 cup Blackberries

4 cups Spinach Leaves

1 Peach


Combine all ingredients in your blender. Attach lid and blend!

Serve as a smoothie or put smoothie into popsicle molds, and freeze for a cold treat.
