Pineapple Powerhouse Smoothie

Don't let the seaweed scare you! This smoothie is a scrumptious and nutritious way to start your day!


1.5 cups of water or ice cubes, depending on preferred consistency

0.25 cup dulse or kelp granules (or small handful of arame or hijiki)

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

1 banana

0.5 lemon, juiced

2 large handfuls of dark leafy greens (any combo of spinach, kale, romaine, etc.)


Blend all ingredients in high-speed blender until completely smooth. Enjoy!
