Low-calorie Savory Spaghetti

Looking for a low-calorie dish that isn't lacking in flavor? This spaghetti dish will be sure to satisfy your taste buds. It's loaded with tofu noodles, veggie crumbles, and chicken or vegetarian chicken substitute. Yum!

Ingredients

.5 cup Tomato Sauce

1/3 cup Cheddar Cheese, fat-free

3.5 oz. Chicken Breast or Vegetarian Chicken Substitute

.5 cup Ground Veggie Crumbles (i.e. Boca)

8 oz. Tofu Shirataki Noodles

Instructions

Prepare chicken or vegetarian chicken patty in a skillet with non-stick spray over medium heat. Once heated through, set aside and cut into bite-size pieces.

Using the same skillet, heat the veggie crumbles until heated through as well.

Combine chicken, crumbles, noodles, sauce, and cheese into the skillet just until cheese begins to melt.

Serve and enjoy!
