Ingredients

2 tbsp raw honey

1 pinch pinch pinch pinch pinch pinch pinch pinch pinch of Cayenne Pepper

1.5 tsp. turmeric

3 in. of fresh ginger (minced or grated)

1 whole lemon, juiced

1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

Steep all ingredients in 16 oz. hot (not boiling) water; drink while hot.
