Hand Held Salad
to Prep & to Cook
Yields 4 (4 servings × 1)
Use the salad bar to get your ingredients. They are already chopped and ready to go.
4 cups salad bar vegetables and lettuce
low fat Italian dressing
4 oz goat cheese
4 pita pockets
Cut pita bread in half making two half moon shaped pieces.
Gently open the pita bread making a pocket and spread goat cheese inside.
Toss salad with dressing and fill pockets.
Wrap in plastic wrap and pack in your picnic basket.
