About Sue

I have always had a great passion for food and eating well. In the year 2000 I began Sue Chef, a personal chef service, creating custom meals in the homes of my clients. In 2002 I moved into grocery retail by opening the first ever recreational cooking school in the Mid-West located right in the grocery store.

Today I am spreading the word on using quality local ingredients with my television show "Get Fresh With Sue Chef" which airs weekly on PBS. My theory on good cooking and eating has always been to buy the freshest ingredients you can find. Buying local ensures freshness with a short drive from farm to table.

To assist you in cooking I also offer a line of the freshest most flavorful spices and seasonings. They are packed in small tubes to ensure freshness and in amounts that make it easy to use before they expire. Yes spices do expire loosing flavor and aroma after approximately one year.

Remember "Keep it Local and Keep It Fresh"

Bon Appetit!
